Programming fitness training for elite athletes requires high levels of expertise and physiological foundations. At Definition Fitness, we offer specialized training and conditioning programs for individual athletes and/or team sports.

The development of fitness components, such as speed, power, agility, quickness, coordination, balance, flexibility and endurance are fundamental to success at a high level of competition. Our uniqueness is based in the melting of all these components for the final benefit of the athlete.
